Thanks, it really does make a difference when you can the progress your making in pictures. I bought a new bathing suit so we'll see if I have the guts to wear it at the beach next week. I still have a long way to go and I'm looking forward to reaching my goal!

Use your HRM. The machine doesn't have your weight or age wich both play a huge role in your calorie burn. I never go by the machine since getting my HRM. P.S. I LOVE your ticker! I'm a huge frog freak

I've been running for about 2 months now. I do a HIIT running/walking on my treadmill for about 3.5 km or 30 - 40 minutes 3 x week so far. I just started doing some weight training on my off days. Feel free to add me

I do 3 and 3..I do cardio on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday...and do strength training (my own circuit of leg lifts, squats, planks, crunches, push-ups, and dumbbell rows) on Mon., Wed., and Fridays. I take sunday as my rest day.

I will measure out my 1 cup of cooked spaghetti and then add spaghetti squash to it. It makes it more filling because there is "more" without the added calories the pasta gives you. The squash is such little calories for the amount you get.

Is this machine a decent alternative for weight/strength training? I would like to start doing more weight/strength training but can't afford weights or a gym right now and I can pick this machine up for a pretty good price but I want to make sure it's a good alternative. I also have limited space for a bunch of equipment…

The 1 that's for sale is the Total Gym 1500. I'm not sure if there is a foot board on it or what ll comes with it. Maybe I should ask.

Aw crap...the picture didn't work :grumble:

I think you could drink Gin and tonic. Gin is pretty low in calories and tonic is 0 isn't it? Your drink would be 90 calories or less. I drink Vodka, soda water and either Crystal light or Mio in it and it's about 80-90 calories/drink.

Anyone?

I have 50 to loose as well. Feel free to add me if you like...or anyone for that matter

I have mine set at just over 1500/day. I used the bmr at the fat 2 fit website which is a little bit more than what mfp said for me. Most of the time I either hit my goal or under. My weight loss is pretty slow but I'm ok with that. Slow and steady wins the race right? Feel free to add me as a friend, I log on daily

This is for me too. I'm taking a break from it and just going to do my own strength training circuit and my treadmill until my knee is better and then maybe try it again at a later date with a brace on it to see if thst helps.

Me! I'm turning 40 on Saturday and I'm 5'2 and 3/4 and want to loose about 55lbs. I've lose 3 so far. Started out at about 191 and would like to get down to 135. It's been a very slow go for me. It's been almost 1 month since I started this life change. Add me if you would like

I had knee issues prior (they hurt to ride a bike) but they haven't bothered me in quite awhile until I started doing this video. I'm aleady doing a lot of modified moves. I thought your knees weren't suppose to go over/past your toes. I try to make sure they don't.

I'm a little slow going with this video too but I'm on day 8 tomorrow (rest day yesterday and today). I'm finding that something in the video is really hurting my 1 knee. Not sure if it's the lunges, jumping jacks or what. I'm taken the jumping jacks out and just jog in place but my knee is still bothering me so not sure…

I'm fairly new too, feel free to add me

My stomach area, hips, *kitten* and thighs...when I loose it, it's my face and upper body that thins out first.

Her video (level 1) is on You Tube if you want to give it a shot for a few days to try it out before you buy it. I have been doing her video off and on for about 10 days now. I'm on "day 7" of level 1 today. I also use my teadmill though or some sort of other exercise when I'm not doing the video. Is it hard?...not gonna…

curious as to what others think about this.
