I bake my french fries on a cookie sheet. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over them and then I sprinkle a little Country Bob's Seasoning Salt on them. Turn them over half way through baking and add a little more seasoning. It doesn't take much.

I have a DVD with 1, 2 and 3 mile walks and use them several times a week. I've been using it for a year or so and can see a big difference in my hips and legs. It is a good work out when you can't get outside.

If I don't count calories, more seen to sneak in than I realize. A bite here, a bite there - it all adds up.
