    This is motivating me to keep going, I lost 24 pounds on this site and gained it back (I stopped logging and went back to eating) and I am back on it again to lose that much and more.

    This made me tear up. You are amazing! My sister has been around 280 for the last 10 years or so and she thinks she is healthy because she goes to the doctor and he tells her her blood pressure and cholesterol are fine. UUUuuugggghh. I wish she would have that lightbulb like you had because I know deep down it bothers her and it will cause health issues sooner rather than later.
    You are such an inspiration! Keep up the amazing work because you and your family deserve it :)
