So I eat at 1300 but what happens when I lose 10lb? I will have to eat even less cals then

I have been eating at this rate for about 4 weeks and yes my TDEE ids 1700 according to all the calculators. Some give me 1670 and others up to 2300

Aparrently my maintenance is 2324 so if I minus 500 that leaves 1824 to lose weight. seems an awful lot to me

If I pick 1700 and deduct 500 that leaves only 1200cals. so far I have not lost a lb plus as I lose weight if I have to adjust I will be on very low cal when I reach my goal

I would love to have another dog but I just dont feel ready emotionally, I know this sounds silly but I cant help it, also finances are a big issue, later on in life my babydog cost me an arm and a leg, of course I dont begrudge it but with food, vets bills etc it all adds up. We havent had a holiday for the last 6 years…

Any tips on how you did this. you do look great btw, Did you just watch calorie intake or go low carb? How many cals have you been eating? I ask this because you stats are very similar to mine.

I will up my cals, most calculators say to maintain my 166lb weight I need around 1700 so to lose 1lb per week minus 500 but that takes me below my BMR. But when I put in that I am 140lbs and want to maintain I get 16500-1700. I think I understand it now! but I did think to lose 1lb a week I had to have a 500 a day…

No I am not at my goal weight, I put in my stats and that is what it said, it is suggesting that i eat 1640cals and i will become a thinner person, but I just dont get it, surly if i eat at my tdee i will just remain the same weight, but if i cut 300-400 of it brings me back down to 1200-1300 cals which people on here are…

Would the weight loss be due to the fact that you are on a 500cal a day regime?

So since I am 165lb should I be eating 165g of protien? This sounds quite a lot.

But if I cut back protein what do I sub it with? I can't really go under 1200 cals pe day can I? Also won't my body get used to running on such a low calorie amount and then I would have to go lower to see more weight loss which I can't really because it is low as it is.

My weight gain started when I had half my thyroid taken out and I was put onto levothyroxine also. I have slowly put on 2 stone over the last 4 years and always feel rubbish, cold intolerance, weight gain no energy etc.

Thank you, I just get frustrated as I don't lose any weight. I really try and eat healthy, no grains, fish,meat,eggs, veg but nothing will shift.
