is it really worth it?
does anyone else get sick of watching what they eat? I mean is life to short to just drink water eat meat and veg and excersise? Today i am feeling like well this is me and so be it. I enjoy my food i like a drink and i am too lazy to excersise so if i am meant to be this weight well there it is.

I do understand what is being said about this but i can't grasp the fact that people lose weight when they are on vlcd and have gastric surgery. these people eat around 700-800cals a day and yet lose weight. O.K. so I treid wheat grass pills and noticed no change, so I want to try Fish oil omega 3, magnesium and cq10(i think that is what they are called). Due to lack of finances and experimentation I want to just try one for a few months. Any siggestions on which one to try next?
