Fish Oil and Magnesium are good for your thyroid, right? CQ10 is for your joints? I just take the Ultra Mega Active Pak from GNC (but I buy it from Amazon). It gives you a calcium pill, two multi-vitamins, L-Carnitine, CLA and two caffeine pills. I also take Nature Made's liquid softgel triple omega 3-6-9. The vitamins have Magnesium and Iodine (also needed for thyroid, I think), so it covers a lot of bases. I might add CQ10. That's all I do.0 -
