  • Your post is encouraging. Keep it up. I want to let go of 45#. Mostly I've succeeded in letting go of only 6# since December 1. That's a lot better than gaining 10# over the holidays. Still I'd like to see more success. Guess that's one of my issues--always wanting more.

  • Non fat plain greek yogurt tastes good in place of sour cream for things like cucumber & onion salad. I like non fat plain with just some Splenda as a snack. I have also searched on line for recipes and there are so many sites I can get lost in them.
  • If you are within your calorie allowance, your fat calories and carb calories are probably less. Protein satisfies longer than carbs. Let us know if you did lose. I know I do better with more protein and less fat and carbs.
