You do to have friends! If you don't change earrings that often I think they probably just get a build up of oils from your skin or hair. I use my face soap and just wash around my earrings and move the earring back and forth.

spaghetti squash was surprisingly pretty good! We put our regular red meat sauce over it and it was great. It does have a slightly sweeter taste to it.

This buffalo chicken recipe is amazing! We shred it, let it cool, and put it over a green salad with a little bit of ranch dressing! Great salad!!

Agreed! The Enell bra is amazing! I call it my straight jacket because they don't move, even when I run! Weight gain and loss affect everyone different. I have friends who have gone down a cup size or two with weight loss, but even when I lost 30 pounds previously doing alot of exercise, my breast size stayed the same.

I love to make baked oatmeal. Oatmeal, egg beaters, a little low fat milk, applesauce, and then i put some sliced apples on top and dust with light brown sugar. So yummy! You can add nuts, raisins, craisins, all kinds of things depending on your likes!
