Hi, I'm Kate...I would love to find a group for support as well. I also took a break from MFP for quite awhile and am back trying to start over. I work a stressful desk job. Have gained quite a bit of weight in the last two years and am just disgusted with myself. I want to feel better! I also have a beautiful 13 year old…

So glad I'm not the only one that sees things this way! And I completely disagree with things like hiding spinach in brownies...all you're doing is encouraging them to eat brownies and not healthy food.

Thanks for a good laugh. I hope bad things keep coming your way! Great job!

must try some of these!

Awesome post! Thank you! I remember when Brittney Spears released those before and after photos and I gained a little respect for her that day.

Most people get larger when breastfeeding and then shrink back down to normal after they stop. Not everyone goes back to the same perky boobs they once had. Getting a boob job when you plan to have kids and breastfeed in the future seems like a potential waste of money. I would think it would make more sense to wait until…

I love the garden vegetable laughing cow on the dill triscuits. Yum! Or on mini bagels.

The Enell sports bra is amazing!

i agree with not eating something if you absolutely don't like it, but coming from someone who doesn't really like celery...i find a low cal ranch dip and put just a tiny bit of that on celery and then load it up with franks red hot buffalo sauce and i love it.

I cut up spinach, grape tomatoes, and an avacado and mixed that with the quinoa and a small amount of garlic infused olive oil. I think I threw a little minced garlic in too. I really enjoyed it.

I think giving up Facebook and arguing sound like great ideas! I think we are going to limit tv. I am also giving up stopping at the coffee shop.

I personally think it is so wrong! Causing unnecessary pain to a baby and everytime she bumps her ears on you, her carseat, or anything else it's going to hurt and she'll have no idea why. And what if she grows up and doesn't want her ears pierced just because everyone else has it done.

Hilarious!! So far I've lost an automobile tire and a rack of baby back ribs!

I am a stress eater as well so I know that struggle! But, I also know how miserable I feel when I give in and binge. Don't do it, it's not worth it and you'll end up just feeling worse! Please don't start smoking again! You want to be around a very long time for your baby boy. Stay smoke free for him and his health as…

One word...Enell. Spend the money (about $65), I promise you won't regret it. www.enell.com don't get the "lite" one though, get the "sport"

I found McDonalds has decent sweet tea and I wish I hadn't!! I'm not from the south, but I could drink good sweet tea all day long! So good! But I think with anything you're going to have to drink it in moderation :(

Is there a group for this or is everything just posted here?? I would like to join in. I'll be doing most of my miles on an indoor exercise bike.

They definitely should have to put the nutrition for the whole bottle as it is somewhat misleading, but I agree with this ^^

She sure didn't say she loved them either!

why did you have them then? isn't summer the time parents look forward to, to take their kids on vacation and go to the park and spend quality time???

Thank You! If the world had more people in it that looked for the positive in things instead of dwelling on the negative we'd all be better off!

I ask my daughter for input on what we should make for dinner, but she eats what I fix. The only time I'll make her somthing different is if I am craving something and I make it even though I know she doesn't like it...like something really spicy for example. What about sweets and snack foods/junk foods? I personally think…
