Thanks! And you are so right about the scale.. Im not so into what that number says but I want my clothes to fit better and most importantly, i want energy and to be in shape. I have started to run a few days a week and I have started to do a Jillian Michaels video on the other couple days. Thanks for the info

Ya its not so much a number on the scale but I would like to have more energy, not feel so tired at 7pm.... I just feel very out of shape

So ..... I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shed with weights and WOW .... I did the first day yesterday and my lower body is killing me. I hope to keep up with it. Thanks for the suggestion!

I think that is my problem, I don't think about "baby steps" . Whenever I decide "Ok, I'm going to start working out" I do it for about a week and don't see a huge weight loss and then get discouraged and think .... Well that is all for nothing , and then I quit.
