Hi ladies.... Always looking for other mom's to be MFP friends with!!! I'm 33yrs old with two kids (5&7) ... I'm looking to get more energy , be in better shape, feel better in my jeans (wear some cute skinny jeans maybe) , not feel tired all the time.

I think logging your food is a HUGE eye opener... atleast it was for me. I have learned that it is not going to be an overnight thing and you just need to stay positive and try to stick with it. I have just recently been adding "MFP friends" and I think it helps. Sending a friend request :)

So... I have set a goal of exercising 5-6x per week. I have a son who is in Grade 2- he goes to school everyday and a daughter who is in Kindergarten- she goes two days a week. On the days that they are both in school I do a run (aiming for atleast 5km) and on the other days when just my daughter is home I do Jillian…

Chicken breast topped with salsa, a squirt of itatian salad dressing and a bit of feta cheese - wrap this in tinfoil and bake in the oven until chicken is cooked

WooHoo!!! Great Job....I'm not sure who wrote this but it is so true "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch" I too have just started to run 5k, It feels great. Keep it up!

I LOVE candy ......BUT, I have started to see results so... I am going to keep up with my running and keep in mind "What is more important? That bag of candy or me being in better shape/jeans fitting better/more energy? ................And the winner is ME!
