Well, from what I have researched, your muscles need time off between lifting days. When you lift you are making tiny tears and your body needs time to repair them. Thats what makes your muscles bigger. So the next time you can lift more and the cycle continues. I put at least a day in between lifting days :)

I love peanut butter. I eat it almost every day. I buy the Low Sodium "Natural" Jif. only has 3g of sugar. and only 65mg of sodium :)

The first photo is 3 years ago between 175-180 lbs and the next one is from 3 days ago at 153 lbs. It says 2011, I just mistyped :)

Well, the calories arent to low, but i love some peanut butter and apple slices. I have it almost every day. It does keep me full though :)

I looked up the calories for you! 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 90 1/2 cup rolled oats - 150 1/2 banana -50 3 egg whites - 50 vanilla -12 cinnamon -6 Total- 358 cals for 3 large pancakes 119 cals a pancake :) put it in a blender, mix and pour onto a hot lightly sprayed pan or griddle flip when there are bubbles
