This is my second pregnancy and I am well aware of what the doctor recommends. I just wanted to know if there was a place on MFP to put it in that would also take into factor that I am still excersing. Thanks for the advise :)

There is no way...with out steroids, that a woman will get "Bulky". It's not in our genetics. An plus, insanity is mostly 99% cardio.

No, Ignorance is not taking the "Free" grants that are offered ALL the time to go to college. Get a better job and then you can afford all of the above. JUST SAY NO :) No but really, don't take pills. How many calories are you eating and what types of foods. You may just need to eat more. And get more protien :)

I am 5'6 started out in a size 13/14 at 181lbs. Took me 4 months to lose 30lbs and I did it by doing weight watchers alone. I was in a size 10 by that point. The first one I was around 180 and the secound one I was at 150. Kinda stalled right now, got about 10-15 more to go!

I find lately that meat is not my favorite thing. I eat it, and I cook it...but I can usually skip it. I'd so much rather have a plate full of veggi's. I wouldn't mind tring tofu, cause I need a protien source. We shall see...

I say, push the men outta the way. Hand weights will get you no where. Do some squats and dead lifts and bench presses right along with the guys (If they are even doing them..silly boys). I LOVE heavy lifting!!!

We have a TV, but no cable and unless you have a converter (which we don't) you can't watch the free channels. Haven't missed it at all. If there is something I just really want to watch I get on Hulu.com. And my son has a few movies that he likes. Other than that, we will watch a movie once in a while. No problems so far!
