WRONG! For a family of 3 I can spend $150 a week on nothing but fruits, vegi's, lean meat and whole grains. No junk and nothing processed/preseved aka heat up meals. Depends on where you live!!!

I switch between NROLFW and StrongLifts 5x5. And I have been doing Zumba. This week I am stopping Zumba and starting a bootcamp class. I am also gonna start doing something in the mornings, hopefully all these different things will Jump start me again. I have also upped my calories to 1800. So, we shall see!

1200 calories is retarded. Do not do this. I started at this and did not lose a pound upped my cals and started losing. When you are active, your body needs fuel. So wrong! If you have your calories set at your BMR then I say eat back your exercise calories. If you eat you TDEE then no, you do not have to eat back exersice calories because they are already calculated in. It works out to be about the same though so how ever you decide to do it will be fine!…

You should set your Net goal to 1400 cals. For example Goal 1400-247 for exercise. Eat those 247 cals back for a total consumtion of 1427, but only a net of 1400.

So wrong! MFP already sets your calories at a deflict. If you are set at 1200 and burn 500 thats like only eating 700 cals. Thats way to low and not going to help you at all!!!! Eat them back...your body needs the fuel!
