I'm losing fat and can't wait until I can sit down without my belly also sitting down on my lap ;).

I'm 5' 2.5" and I think 110-115 would be ideal. I've been as low as 100lbs and that was too low. I've been 120 and that was a tad too high. I'll be happy when my belly is flat or flat-ish and my thighs and butt are toned and tight :).

This is about how I feel...I want people to notice, but not overly so, not going on and on about it. I want them to be like "You're back! And you look beautiful!"...and that's it. No stupid, intrusive questions or acting amazed that I finally got back in shape... just some low key appreciation...and maybe a little jealousy…

I was going to, but I just drastically reduced my creamer intake instead. Coffee has health benefits, just drink it in moderation. I have 2 cups every morning. I also drink green tea in the afternoon, which also has great health benefits and only a fraction of the caffeine.

I have 4 cups of green tea daily and I count it towards my water consumption. Green tea has polyphenols that aid in weight loss, among other health benefits. So there are several positives to drinking green tea besides hydration.
