  • I've tried the premium version although I'm not on it right now. It has a lot more options as far as tracking food. It wasn't worth it to me at the time, though now you can change your macros for the day. That might be something worth trying.
  • I'm Annie. I need support. I'm at 260 with 130 lbs to lose. What do we do? Just add each other as friends? I definitely need to be part of a group to talk about my weight. Thankfully, I love my body now. I used to hate it. I can't escape the feeling that part of that love means eating better. Thanks.

  • I walked for my exercise and we cooked at home today. That is as close as I am going to come to the whole pioneer thing.
  • I fill up water bottles the night before and stick them in my fridge. I don't drink coffee or tea regularly, so, I can usually drink the 8 cups through the day. You can also count the coffee, tea, and milk as fluids, at least I do. I just don't drink coffee or tea. Hope that helps.:smile:
