I look back at my "before" pictures. Me at my heaviest. UGH! I can't believe I let myself get there and I dang sure won't be back there again.

Me to. But at the same time I know that I'm really busy right now and I'm not really putting myself in the position to meet new people. Keep your chin up when the right one comes along you'll know it.

I have issues with my right knee as well. When I do squats it kills me. But have a dislocated knee cap and severe athritis in it. So I just push through.

I've went from an almost there C to a dang it whys B to big. lol Its all good though. I'm getting healthier.

Every Saturday. For me daily weigh ins can be a little daunting some times. However some women/men find the motivational. Good job on the 10 pounds
