I don't think so, I'm trying to remember what I was told. Umm, I land directly under my body and I'm light footed. And I THINK they said I strike on the midfoot.

I know I run normally, I land and roll as you should. Ive had my running looked at, although not for the purpose of trainers. As for my exercise background, pretty non existent for the last few years, previously to that though, I played a lot of basketball, training three times a week and then a match once a week too.…

Unfortunately not, theres no where local to me although I did speak with an advisor online. I have a pair of Asics, gel cumulous (I think).

600 calories for a walk and some other activities seems very high... Are you sure thats accurate? Obviously depends on what those other activities are though. Half an hour on the treadmill with walk and running intervals and I'll burn generally about 250 calories max.

That would push me to work harder. If I was that bothered about a board, which I probably wouldn't be. I'd want to work hard to beat someone else who was just doing it because she was bored.

Zombies, Run! The app on the smart phone is designed to get you running 5k and it makes it really interesting and exciting! Way better than just going for a run. It places your music in between the story too!

I'm aware of that and never suggested that honey was 'healthier' than sugar. I added sugar too but the honey adds to the flavour and the texture of the muffins.

I've heard an hour is about 100 calories... I tend to knock 15 minutes off and log that. Not very scientific, I know. If I do an hour, I log 45 etc. I don't use my HRM for lifting but I might just start logging what that says.

I have certain days. Leg day, Bum Day, Arm and Shoulder day etc. Maybe that would work better for you?

Thank you. I was planning on using whole wheat flour but didn't have any. I also ran out of honey but the temperature was perfect, nice and soft in the middle :) Calorie wise, they are bang on for me for breakfast though which I love :D
