I drive a mazda 5. all the seats fold flat, seats are easy to put up and down. I love it.:smile: The seats recline and also can move the middle row bacl and forth fro extra leg room if needed

I burnt over 700 doing 30 treadmill 4.5mph gradient 2, 10 mins bike effort 3, 45 mins aqua class and 45 mins swimming. I was a bit tired after but was well worth and will deffo do it again. I weigh 191lbs and 4ft 11 in

I smear some mustard on my chop then cook in the oven. gives it a lovely taste.

It is ridiculous my fruit and veg bill is normally a minimum of £42 a week and sometimes will need to top up on that if the kids eat extra fruit. I am lucky in that I get given fruits and veg sometimes by people I know that grow their own and it is always much appreciated.

I had a similar problem so to help myself i got a smaller plate. It has made a huge difference i still have a plate of food, just not so much food and i don't feel hungry either,

I have been using wii fit+ since the end of feb and have lost 14lbs so i would say yes. I have now joined the gym but it is a great way of getting some exercise and having fun at the same time. Hope this helps

you could try finding fruits with less sugar in if it worries you

we have savory mince with rice or chicken rice and peas with gravy. I also add vegetables to it and serve it cold with salad
