Because it looks like you haven't aged a day past 20

It seems obvious but I didn't think about sitting at the table to prepare all the veggies/food before cooking it. I'm liking the crock-pot and whole chicken ideas. Turns out I've got 4 broken bones in my foot, so I'll start a plan today to begin healing

Thanks for the replies guys I would like to keep track of calories burnt as I've found myself lethargic on days where I do more exercise, despite naps and good rest. I feel like I either overeat or don't eat enough on those days, and as the activities I do vary so greatly from day to day, I though a fitness tracker would…

I have eaten at every hour of the day, 10pm, 3am, 6am. I am still losing weight regardless. What is important (as has been stated before) is portion control and logging your meals.

It is all about setting reasonable and consistent goals. I would highly recommend starting off small, say going two times a week, which should be more than manageable. Once you do it for long enough, you will see that you can go more often and even like it *gasp*!

Often times when people say they are experiencing "starvation mode" they are oblivious to how many calories they are eating in total, and often under report their intake. By saying "eat more veggies" you are essentially agreeing that they are not in starvation mode, but rather, are eating too many calories in total.

I don't have any friends yet so feel free to add me. I'm 23 years old and have been doing really well with my weight loss over the last 3 months. In the words of Scribe - "I'm 23 and I just wanna be me, Wanna be free, wanna be everything I can be"

It's not just girls. My favorite piece of advice from skinnier guys is "just do 100 crunches every day".

I was going to mention that too. Coffee is a diuretic, so you might have to drink more water in compensation. Let's not forget that we can misinterpret hunger for thirst. In regards to feeling hungry all the time, I personally eat 4 meals a day (sometimes 5) which keeps me sated all day. Finally I find that increasing the…

Clearer picture with more "axe" in the shot please

If you have a smartphone there is an app called "Runtastic Push Ups" on Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.runtastic.android.pushup.lite) and I think iPhone, which gives you a program to complete every day towards your goal push ups

I go to the gym every two days but never do pushups. Regardless, I just did exactly 30 on my bedroom floor. Thanks for the workout :p
