Whats your TDEE, daily calories, & how much protein do you eat daily? Sounds like something on the diet is causing your body to not heal quick enough. That or did you just start to lift recently it could just be DOMS and that goes away after a week or 2.

I wouldn't worry about it. If anything you should start to take measurements. That's the only thing that matters. No one can walk up to you say oh you must weight "xxx lbs/kg" but they'll say wow your a "Size X".

Generally my rule is -/+ 4 years. Rather get old with someone around the same age. I couldn't stand either being young and dating someone starting to breakdown or getting old and feeling like I can never keep up.

I kinda dislike it because I'd rather have people saying "you killed it" after I log that I lifted for 90 minutes instead. I'd rather focus more on the Fitness part then the dieting personally.

I have 4 GTA games and all 4 Saints Row games on my todo list. Only if they made enough ramen noodles. Steam has some pretty crazy sales. Normally the summer sale lasts me till the next one. Though I'm thinking of making a steam box for the TV and use a wireless 360 controller down stairs.

Right now I'm playing the waiting game till next fall. I can't really justify a new console with no games I want to play. Right now my 3DS is getting alot of work. That and I have a backlog of steam games that can last me for the rest of time.

I'd suggest you start to working out wrist/forearms exercises some to help with grip. I don't use straps or chalk though I use full finger lifting gloves. Right now I'm at 475lb's for a 1 rep max.

When I was talking C4 and 2000mg L-Arginine before working out all the time. Though I stopped with the C4 I still take the L-Arginine preworkout.

It's so-so on taste. If your using it to mix in shakes/baking its pretty good. I use peanut butter for the Fat content for my Macro's. PB2 lacks that which kinda makes it more meh for me personally.
