Got a couple new pairs of gym shorts. Also I got a new backpack to throw a towel and swimming trunks in since my drawstring bag was too small for that.

I don't believe thats true. If your lifting heavy and always trying to add more weight then you can keep on doing the same routine. I've 5-3-1 for 2 years now and still see numbers going up.

Fitness, looks only help you for so long till your skin and body breakdown. Fitness keeps muscle & bone health in better shape down the road. Rather be active 50 years down the road then being skinny now and being broken down in 30-40 years.

Don't see why not. Who cares if you go over on calories its a holiday. You should log anyways and show good discipline. If not you'll just refuse to log any day you go over and then forget to log in general.

You have to cut down on body fat %. Basically lose more weight or replace weight from body fat with muscle.

Im going to throw in a wild card. Grapeseed Oil I use it for cooking all the time. Has a high smoke temp and doesn't taste overpowering like Olive oil.

Depends if I'm not doing a 5/2 calorie cycle. I'd go heavy 1 day and light 1 day. First of the month is always a 1 rep max. If I'm on a calorie cycle I do them 1 time a week since I'm stuck doing them on leg day since the other high calorie day is for Chest.

Body Pump is more cardio then lifting. I don't know why people try to reinvent getting muscle so much. Bench Squats Deadlifts Overhead Press Lat Pulldowns Now that would be a real "body pump".

You lose weight simply by having a 3500 calorie deficit to burn a pound. Cardio helps you build that deficit which make losing weight easier since you have more a choice on what you can eat. Also its good for your heart. Now get on that treadmill.

It depends on the level your lifting at. Are you lifting extremely heavy and isolating major muscle groups or do a lighter weight circuit for a couple days a week. Generally after you exercise your body is running low on Carbs. I'd suggest throw some carbs in you after your done working out. Normally Iet 50% of my daily carbs 90 to 120 minutes before I goto the gym. Normally its a split from breakfast/lunch since I go in the afternoon. Then I'll have 20% of my daily carbs afterwards…

Never really cared what gym other people joined. I only joined a gym with everything I needed. Power cage, Squat Racks, Pool, Suana, Hot Tub, and a Chain thats in area's where I do travel.

I use them when I use the Pool / Hot Tub. Thats really it I just don't want my beloved car to small like chlorine. Generally I have flip flops and bag for soaps and such.
