I do cardio everyday. I ride my bike for 30-60 min depending how how my body feels. I have high anxiety and refuse to take meds so I self medicate with exercise.

lactobasili right before or after work for me, also lactaid milk and cottage cheese. hard stinky cheese or goat and sheep cheese. ive been lacto since i was a baby, i grew up on soy. the lactaid pills stop my bloat but i have very silent deadly gas lol

I put yogurt in ice cube trays. Throw 2 or 3 in the blender with a banana, blueberries or cherries whatever we have, a scoop of peanut butter(i never met a protein powder i liked) and few ice cubes and water. its quick and filling.

i tend to retain loads of water if i eat to much. recently i have bought, low sodium olives, tuna, deli turkey and threw out my salt shaker. in two days i have literally used the bathroom every 15 minutes lol. i feel lighter and low sodium olives and tuna are actually really good! they have a different almost fresh…

My husband and I were married June 2 this year. we bought mountains bikes and free weights. It was really helpful during the last 2 months before with all the stress. We gained so much muscle and did it together. good luck!!

Your positive attitude is amazing, You look amazing!! I love my butt muscles!! Ive never had a butt or hips but toning and biking has defiantly helped them grow.

i go for a walk/jog or bike ride with a bottle of water and sometimes chewing gum.

I actually threw my scale out. I am gaining so much muscle i was almost in tears over the number. so now i just measure and think about how my clothing feels.

hanger one vodka(im a snob lol) with half water and half pineapple juice, lots of ice, add more ice when halfway done. or white wine with lots of ice also

i have high anxiety and panic attacks. i refuse to take medication for my own reasons. i find that walking, jogging or bike riding helps me a lot during an episode. i go either way, sometimes i just want to sleep and others i cant sit still. i just started biking too. i bought a cushy seat but my pelvic bones go numb and ache. do i just suck it up and get used to it or is there a better solution?

i use them for chicken or tuna salad instead of mayo. also add white vinigar and lemon juice instead of salt. yum!

I am recovering from 14 years of bulimia, I joined to understand how to eat normally and workout. I find that going for a walk after eating dinner is really helpful.
