banana flax seed crackers
i read a website with a recipe for crackers: 1 med banana-mash up 1/2 cup flax seeds combine and use a tablespoon to spoon them on sprayed baking sheet. Flatten and bake for 20 min at 300 has anyone tried these? i have so many ripe bananas im trying everything that sounds good to cook them. thanks!

No work all week due to Sandy the Slut. Ive been working out and eating healthy still, but going to the bar every night. So I had a very busy day and forgot to eat anything after breakfast. Once I realized I ate lunch pretty late. After about an hour and a half I had a migraine. im 5'0 and 107. MFP said 1200 a day. in six weeks no weight loss/muscle gain. i have stayed the same weight and measurements. i checked another website that said i should be eating 1700? Anybody else have this happen?
