    Most foods that are unprocessed, not refined, etc. Frozen veggies, fresh meats, uncured foods, say NO to table salt. LOL. :p

    I'm just beginning to learn about this. I figured we'd be eliminating chips and McFries, but I was surprised that bread can be a culprit! Looking at a few labels today, I found a wide variance of sodium, with the "healthy, low carb" bread actually much higher in sodium, sadly. A friend passed along a recipe for "casserole starter" which can be used in place of canned cream-of-soups. Where else are folks making changes to decrease hidden sodium?
