Protein shakes, grilled/baked chicken breast, hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt (or regular yogurt - I love greek yogurt with some protein powder mixed in), edamame, low sodium lunch meats, beans, cheese... there are so many things!

Greek yogurt with my cinnamon roll protein mixed in is my mid afternoon snack. You could pack a small salad with chicken or tuna on top. Cottage cheese is also another good source of protein. Many many ideas.

Tuna from the can. I put pepper in mine for a lil flavor.
  • I love mashing hard boiled eggs and avocado together. Protein + fat = me happy.

If you like tuna you can also buy little packs that have a small can of tuna (normally flavoured but you can buy plain) with crackers. Quick and easy snack. You can buy the same type of thing but with hummus instead of tuna. I loved those as quick snacks when at work or just out and about.

    Coworkers.

Depends on the coworker...could be some with too much fat on them and that would out weight the protein

Protein bars are easy to carry around.

Tuna in the pouches - already seasoned with a high fiber low carb tortilla

Chicken strips - you can get them seasoned or just grilled

    steak strips

Good protein bars - I like Detour low sugar

I make a big salad at the start of the week and take it in a tupperware with any protein you like but I like chopped ham and eggs - keep the salad dressing at work there a few the don't need the fridge

Add nuts, sliced olives, bacon crumbles etc etc
