just curious

So I had a very busy day and forgot to eat anything after breakfast. Once I realized I ate lunch pretty late. After about an hour and a half I had a migraine. Nothing helped tho, so I ate a small dinner even tho i wasn't hungry and felt fine. Is it normal to need to eat even tho you just did and don't feel hungry? its confusing, i didn't workout today just walked around the mall and was pretty lazy for being me.

    Do you mean that your body felt as if food was needed even though you just ate and had no appetite?

    It could have been WHAT you ate. Or maybe your blood sugar crashed and you just didn't recover. Maybe dehydrated. Maybe electrolytes off balance. Very hard to say.

    I wouldn't worry about any of it unless it keeps happening.
