Thanks @mamarundrc for setting this up again :smile: I'm back & going for 140 miles, I'm aiming to hit a min of 4miles a day & have a couple of longer walks planned too, so should be doable, if I can keep up my motivation! Good luck to us all x

Up a lb this week, which doesn't surprise me. I've not done a great deal except uni work & munching on junk food. Next week I'll be back to it with some motivation. Hope you all have a good weigh in xxx (*)

Managed to maintain this week, in all honesty I can't be angry at that. I'm still holding onto this cold, meaning I'm unable to exercise as I'd like & with an assignment due in soon, that's taking up most of my time! I think realistically I have to do what I can this month & then go for it big time in March!

My challenge for the coming week is going to be log all food & stop the bad snacking!

So I'm not doing well this month so far with my walking goals, I've been down for a week with flu, so I think I may have to re-evaluate my goal for this month, to make it more realistic. It's great to see everyone else doing so well though :smile:

WOW, that fit test was solid! Very hard going to get that done, but I'm hoping I can improvements, especially in my breathing after completing it :wink:

At the moment whilst I'm in uni I don't really have time to read anything, other than uni related books :( Before I started uni though I did read a book the Mayo Clinic Diet, which is basically just common sense eating, healthy & clean & the 80:20 rule etc. That really helped motivate me & get me on track :smile:
