I make sure I have snacks nuts, seeds, fruit & veg, but agree with @whitej1234 drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps most of the time too.

I have let my self-care slip recently... & it shows! I'm much more miserable, I know this is partly to do with my medical issues, but it's harder to keep at it and be motivated. Sounds like everyone is doing well though which is great to read :smile:

Yesterday I allowed myself to chill on the sofa and watch crap TV in the afternoon, I kept feeling like I 'should' be cleaning and doing things, but I felt under the weather, so I let myself be.

Well after a relaxing day yesterday, I struggled to sleep, I even lay in bed reading until I couldn't keep my eyes open any more, so I'm a little sluggish today, I think this evening after work will be some more self-care, lots of reading and some more mindfulness and (hopefully) an early night
