- - MODERATOR'S CHALLENGE (Challenges hosted by the moderators of the group)
- - INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES (Challenges within teams themselves)
Team Weekly challenges will be announced in later communications
(Note:The team order for challenges follows the team order in the group standing sheet on the spreadsheets)
HOW OUR CHALLENGES WORK:
We have 4 total possible challenges and NONE are mandatory. Our challengers can do none or all it's up to them. So we have...
The F2F Weekly TEAM Challenge - posted each week on Sunday in the announcements by the team who is assigned that particular week (see above for your week). This is for the F2F Group as a whole.
F2F Moderators Challenge/Topic of the week - This challenge is provided each week in the announcements area. One of the moderators will either provide a challenge that will involve anything fitness, health, and nutrition.
Individual Team challenges - these are challenge done within your own team. You can chose daily, weekly, or monthly challenges (weekly seems to work best). You can make this whatever you wish as long as it's health and fitness related.
Note: If for some reason your team is unable to provide the weekly challenge please let me know ahead of time so another team can take your place or so I can provide the challenge.
Good Luck Teams: Please let us know if there is anything wrong or if you notice something that needs to be fixed or modified. Everything seems ready to go for JUNE. Registrations are almost done and we have quite a few new challengers. Make sure you are going into your new team threads to welcome anyone who has started posting. Let’s make our newbies feel welcome and show them some F2F love!!
THANKS, YOUR MODS

@clark2rl
@HatherM
@honeybee518
@mrshorntonk
I am Kim the other captain in this team. I haven’t had much luck with staying on track here lately but I am here to try until I succeed.
I work a full time job as a CNA and I have 2 kids and a fiancé. I live in Southwest FL and love it. We have been in our house for about a year now. Time flies!
I like to garden and cruise on my bicycle. I love going to the beach!
Just some fun pics from our beach trip today, wish I could have got the pics of the 2 dolphins that were swimming near the shore today. Those would have been great to post here lol.
Sometimes it’s hard to look at what you really look like and post it for others to see. Here’s to trying new things and getting outside my comfort zone.6 -

Hello! My name is Kristen. I have struggled with binge eating most of my life, d/t self-hatred. But am working on my self esteem and trying to love myself more. I have been on diets most of my life and I’ve alsways associated skinny equals happiness. It’s a work in progress, it’s easy to lose weight but I need to work on myself in order to keep the weight off and be HAPPY!
I went on a nice walk this morning and heres a picture....3 -

Hi everyone, I’m Vic. I’ve been on MFP journey for the last 5 weeks or so after I made the decision to actually “do this, this time”! My first goal is to get my BMI below 30 so I can begin fertility treatment, and I’m not far off that now, about 3kg to go. But my long-term goal is to feel good and healthy in my own body with no specific weight goal in mind.
Wishing everyone the best for the month ahead of us! 💪🏻4 -
@mrshorntonk [/b......] HI VIC WELCOME TO THE WARRIORS GET GOALS LET'S GET ER DONE TOGETHER... WELL ON 2ND THOUGHT MAYBE NOT THE TREATMENT....... BUT THE BMI SOUNDS DOABLE.2

@clairetomkinson
PLEASE WELCOME HER TO THE TEAM
THANKS GREG2 -
Hi I'm Claire from New Zealand. I live with my partner, my five year old son and my niece, plus a dog and four cats. Restarted my journey and have just started day 6. In 2013 I weighed 127kg (279.4lb) and lost 34kg using MFP then so weighed 93kg (204.6lb). Then I let life get in the way. Went back to work as was home with my then newborn, reached for quick and unhealthy meals and of course portions that were way too large. Which brings us to 2019. I have gained pretty much all of that weight back. I started the week at 121.7kg (267.74lb) and today weighed in at 119.5kg (262.9lb). Very excited to join this challenge. Good luck to all.6

THANKS FOR SHARING THIS ON THE MFP HOME PAGE...FEEL FREE TO POST THIS TYPE OF MOTIVATION STUFF HERE AS WELL3 -
Hi I'm Heather & joining your fab group for June.
I did really well & lost lots of weight using MFP a few years back, but have recently been diagnosed with an under active thyroid & other medical issues, which the medication has increased my appetite along with falling back into eating junk food as I thought I 'needed' the sugary energy (as I have none). So I decided to start logging again to get the excess weight off & try get my eating under control.
Unfortunately I've not got much energy to exercise & I miss my hiking up mountains, but I'm trying to do little bits as & when I can.
I look forward to getting to know you & being part of this challenge.

It's me, Mel. I am within sight of my goal weight of 155, but I feel like it is going to be a while before I get there. I am on the most irregular work schedule that I have ever had at my current job and it's disrupting my exercise and my sleep. I have got to get this worked out.
