JUST SITTING HERE LISTENING TO THE BIRDS OUTSIDE SINGING AND CARRYING ON AT THE BIRD BATH THINKING WHAT A GREAT DAY IT IS TO BE ALIVE AND TO HAVE THE HONOR OF HANGING OUT WITH SUCH GREAT WARRIORS AS YOURSELVES.....
THE LAST TIME THAT I HAD SUCH AN HONOR LIKE THIS I WAS IN NAM IN 76 I SERVED WITH THE GREATEST DOG TEAMS IN THE WORLD ...JUST LIKE YOU WARRIORS THOSE WARRIORS WERE THE BAD A$$ES OF SOUTHEAST ASIA AND INDEED LIKE US HERE ON THIS TEAM THOSE TEAMS KICKED SOME SERIOUS BUTT.

Mine too. I have tried everything to reconnect. Reinstall relink everything I can think of annoying.

Ok I have a series of non-scale milestones I am going for.
1. My feet to not hurt when I wake up in the morning. (Plantar fasciitis)
2. My wedding/engagement rings to fit
3. My bra to fit comfortably
4. More than 1 pair of jeans that fit
5. My ankle stops hurting
I think I will start to see improvements in just 10 pounds but let’s see0 -

This week is going to be tough for me as we are on a family trip to the Black Hills. My steps today are extremely low since all I’ve been doing is sitting in a car! Hopefully I’ll get some movement in when we get there this afternoon!0 -

So next week I will not be able to weigh. We are checking into the hospital tomorrow bc my son has surgery on Friday. We will stay about 12 days depending how quickly he recovers. I think it will be hell and I'm nervous and anxious to have it over with all at the same time. My son is only 16 months so I'm also nervous about him being under anesthesia for multiple hours. Please keep us in your thoughts.2

Oh my goodness I feel for you, that’s a long hospital stay. Will absolutely keep you and your son in my thoughts. I’m sure he’ll come through with flying colours. Hang tough! Do you stay with him or will you stay at a Ronald McDonald house or somewhere else?1 -

12000 steps (may as well challenge myself. 10k has been easy running around the church.)2 -

I kind of want to take a break from tracking this week and just enjoy our vacation. I should still think about daily goals though.
