I quit 2 & half yrs ago, gave myself 3 months & then really concentrated on my fitness, to get rid of the excess I gained. I guess it's personal, as to how you feel in your self & your motivation levels. Well done by the way

I weighed myself today out of curiosity & I'm actually down 2.4lbs now hehe typical, I'm not going to change it on the spread sheet though, I'm just going to continue to monitor & see how it goes

Yes I want to get at least one session of yoga in a week, it's so good, I love it, so must make the time for it!

I've heard that too, I don't buy it either. I know that if you do an action 100 times then the path in our brains becomes stronger & then can become auto-pilot, I think that may be where this comes from? I changed my lifestyle successfully a couple of years ago now, I lost loads of weight exercised 6 days a week, ate…

I've figured that I really need a rest day, so this will be a Sunday as I can then use that time to do some uni work whilst my partner is out doing his archery, so instead of missing out on my 70k steps for the week, I will try to go over every day so that it balances out! I have to remember a bit of self care is needed &…

Well I made good on my promise... Today I took a detour on the way to work adding another 10mins onto the journey & managed a 15min walk at lunch time. It all helps! tomorrow is a uni day, so that's a 20min walk both ways

So I just realized/noticed that the weigh in day is still Friday (always was, but I forgot). I'm now weighing in on a Wednesday, so I will be posting my weight on a Wednesday. That ok? I'm testing out something I read about Wednesday's giving a more consistent weight loss to see how that works out for me …

I'm back on this now, so have added myself to the spread sheet  You asked about ideas to make it more interactive: Maybe we could have weekly challenges that we all complete together, which could be fitness or nutrition based & check in daily/weekly with our progress? There used to be a lot of active members on…
