  • Hi feel free to add me. I want to lose a little more than 14lbs. Hopefully we can support each other
  • Feel free to add me, we are at a similar place with similar goals
  • Hi, I am recently back on here too. Lost some weight a couple of years ago on here, started a uni course & managed to put the weight back on, so I'm back here to lose it again & get back to being & feeling healthy. Feel free to add me if you want & I hope your journey goes well
  • Yeah I gained doing this too, I'm not quite sure how you're supposed to lose 7lbs in a week as she suggests, but stick with it & you will start to lose.... Ohhh remember to drink plenty of water.
  • This sounds amazing, another PB recipe to add to my collection thanks
  • I have to say my fav characters have to be Gemma & Tig..... It's so weird watching Charlie play Jax after seeing him as a teenager in Queer as Folk in the UK :)
  • That sucks that you can't get the right medication that you need. I have just had a nose at you pics & you have lost a lot of weight just from the face pics you have there is a massive difference. So well done you for sticking at it & doing so well
  • hi from N Wales :drinker: I'm on here daily logging everything  feel free to add
  • Ahahahahahaha
  • I'm 5'3" & it gives me Large frame, I'd say more medium & it says 147lbs ideal weight & my goal is 126-130lbs
  • Yes it's with the other milks & is more pricey. I personally prefer Hazelnut milk
  • Yeah if my two cats get in the room (they can open the door) they are constantly rubbing against me or lying on my yoga mat. If I have weights they think I'm pointing things to things on the floor & get in the way there too hehe It makes me laugh & then the youngest gets all hyper & jumps around & runs crazily around the…
  • Hi I love this idea  I really need to do the same, but it's tough. I have started looking at myself in a full length mirror & trying to do the whole positive self talk, it's not easy, but hopefully it'll be worth it
  • I thought that Human centipede was quite a good concept, but then the sequel was taking things too far & bored me as it was lacking in plot & more about trying to be too shocking! that was disappointing. I prefer suspense & when they don't show too much as my imagination is always worse than what they actually show!
  • Oh yes Hammer Horror are classics, I love old Horrors like Rosemary's Baby, etc. Japanese & Korean horrors are a lot better than the American remakes too. It's hard to chose a favorite . I did enjoy Grave Encouters, Insidious, The Devil Inside Me, Strangers. I've watched more horror films than I can actually remember…
  • Thanks for the help guys, you're the best

  • 2lbs seems to be the 'norm' for me lately & this makes me freak out, but then it goes again so don't stress too much lovely
  • General everyday house cleaning I don't count, but once a month I do a full on clean moving all the furniture, etc & having a good old clean (usually takes about 2hours) & non-stop moving so I count these as it's not the everyday 'norm' plus I do walk & JMBR on top of that so it's usually a pretty full on day
  • We're all here having fun :) http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/485-30-somethings Feel free to add me if you want. I'm supportive & motivated. This group is full of lovely people doing challenges too
  • So half way through the challenge & doing well, I say well I'm having cravings but not giving in !! It's tough most days now the first week is over, but I must stay strong!!! Hope you're all doing well on your challenges
  • yeah I had to sign up to something, as I keep putting off doing C25K so thought this looked the most fun & gives me time to do the training for it  I'm really excited about it

  • i'm half way through phase 2 workout 7 is the toughest I think, but that's because I'm still not great at push ups. I have to say though I'm glad it changes up every 2 weeks, otherwise I'd be so bored by now
  • I signed up for this today, for the Manchester one, it looks like great fun & I love the fact I can help charity, be healthy & not have to pester loads of people for sponsorship. i've just started C25K so I thought having something like this to aim for will keep me motivated to train
  • I fell out with Map My Walk as it won't always work for me as I walk under some tree cover & in the rain. This is annoying when you have a mileage goal for the month & it stops working. Which is a shame as I was hoping it would be my new fitness pal, but I'm using the Runtastic pedometer instead & that suits me fine…

  • I've cut down the amount of yolk I eat as the yolk can be a trigger for my IBS, but luckily I have 2 cats that love the yolk so it never goes to waste
  • Wow that's great commitment  Good luck & enjoy the new found energy
  • OMG that's the cutest litlle thing ever
  • Welcome I've found that by having supportive friends on here it has kept me on track & kept me committed more than ever before  Good luck on your journey & anyone can feel free to add me - I try to offer as much support as I can & words of wisdom
  • Wow the poor woman is doing all this & isn't even making money doing it! I can make up to £1,000 a month if I work at it, and I'm hoping to earn more the bigger I get.' The couple can spend up to £70 a day on takeaways and junk food to fuel Tammy's mammoth appetite You do the math!!!
