  • since reading this thread I've watched about 10 videos on tiny apartments and tiny houses. This one is definitely the coolest: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg9qnWg9kak
  • I'm known to everyone that knows me as the trashy-tv geek, so I don't not tell anybody something I like (I'm a religious follower of 90% of the shows previously mentioned). But I say that as an 18-year-old girl it is VERY embarrassing for me to tell people that I watch General Hospital everyday (and have since around 7th…
  • definitely my stomach, which is great! It's definitely the last place I gained, too, since before I put on a ton of weight I always had a very skinny belly and a huge butt/thighs. Now it's back to that, but i would enjoy it if my butt/thighs got smaller, too haha
  • I used to think Mick Jagger's name was just one name (like Madonna or something) and it was McJagger... my best friend has never let me live that down.
  • Hi, my name is Liv and I am a Buddhist! I found Nichiren Buddhism when I was introduced to it by a friend in 10th grade, and haven't looked back since! Basically, it is a form of Mahayana Buddhism that was created by Nichiren Daishonin, a 13th-century Japanese monk. My practice is based on the Lotus Sutra, the last of…
  • I used to have TERRIBLE acne until I finally went to a dermatologist and I got Differen and Acanya gels. I use differin in the morning and acanya at night. Since then my acne is basically gone. Unfortunately, I've been severely slacking on washing my face at night so it's come back a little, but my face is still 100x…
  • Forrest Gump A Walk to Remember Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Dear John and there's a ton of other ones, I cry a lot, hahaha.
  • Full-fleged buddhist here! I was agnostic/atheist most of my life, always either searching for "something" but nothing ever really coincided with beliefs i was firm in. When I was 14 i was introduced to nichiren buddhism because one of my friends was one, and i've been one ever since :) i am very bad at explaining it, but…
  • I just finished week 5! My schedule has been weird this week so i did w4d3 on tuesday, w5 day 1 on wednesday, w5 day2 on friday and then w5 day 3 today! I don't remember the last time i EVER ran for 20 minutes straight, so I am really happy with myself. It wasn't that bad (except I had to pause the treadmill for about 30…
  • I wear concealer, powder, blush, eyeliner and mascara everyday when I go to school/go anywhere. Sometimes I go out with less, but I usually always have at least mascara on because I'm blonde and I hate how blonde my eyelashes are. I used to wear foundation everyday when I had horrible acne, but in the past year I finally…
  • 39 F and cloudy in MD. Not that cold, but I hate anything under 60 so I'm desperately trying to move south...
  • pb &j and an apple, I might also have a yogurt in a couple minutes if I'm still hungry :)
  • Well for the past 10ish weeks i was losing 1-2 pounds steadily and every week I had one day where I ate a lot and then did well the rest of the week (I lost 2 pounds the week after christmas). Last week I didnt spike at all and I only lost .4 lbs. So, yesterday I had a very caloric meal, so I will see how much I lose this…
  • This one too! I was actually going to start re-reading it today, haha.
  • OMG I thought I was the only one who loved this book! This and The History of Love by Nicole Krauss are some of my favorites. Lets see... -Harry Potter hands down. I remember reading the first book when I was 6 but not being able to finish before the first movie came out, lol, but then going home right after the movie and…

  • My sister is 12 years old and very underweight for her age and height, and has always been that way. When I was her age, I probably weighed 140 at 5'3".... so not at all, haha.
  • Add me, I've logged on consistently since the beginning of December, and that's the only possible way I could have lost this much weight so far!
  • I'm an 18 year old hs senior and I'm trying to lose about 30 or 40 lbs. (but I've already lost 10) and am really worried about gaining weight when I get to college, especially since all of the schools I've applied to/gotten into are in the South... .feel free to add me for support!

  • Hey I'm 18 and a senior too! I want to get to 145 by prom but ultimately I'd like to be 130! Everyone on this thread can add me if they want :)
  • Awesome job, you look amazing!!! If you don't mind me asking, where did you get your dress in the second photo? It's so cute!
  • I never want to be over 170 again, but once I reach 160 I never want to be over that again. In an ideal situation I would never want to be above 150, but we'll have to see how I look when the time comes!
  • I'm in! Thanks so much!
  • I know this is a little late, but I dropped another pound this week, despite all of the crap I've been eating thanks to the holidays :)
  • I dropped about 2 pounds since last week, and I'd say that most of this week I have been on this plan. I love being able to see my exact deficit every day, its much more encouraging!
  • I did c25k today (Week 2 Day 1) and i was on the treadmill for 30 minutes total (did some extra walking). Unfortunately I hurt my knee, so hopefully it'll be better by my next day (Tuesday). Burned about 250 cals
  • I just finished Week 2 Day 1! It was pretty okay, I think I may have messed up on the times a little but It was still really hard so I'm okay with that. My left knee is beginning to hurt a little, so I'm currently icing it and elevating it. I'm thinking about getting new shoes but honestly I have no money to spend right…
  • If anybody was wondering, I just finished and added my foods and I actually did fine (even though I feel incredibly full). I probably underestimated portions but im definitely below maintenance. I think I'll go for the frozen yogurt my dad bought :)
