  • I'm confused? The site says I should eat 1300 calories per day yet that is under my resting metabolic rate so how can this be healthy.. but if I eat at what I should to fulfill exercise and energy requirements it is about 2200 cal per day.. does this mean I will lose weight at about 1800 cals?
