  • You're going to get super sweaty. So a tank or light T-shirt and capris are usually a must. I like to wear neon colours so I glow in the black lights but thats just me.lol. No real rules just be comfortable.

  • Quest Bars!! So delicious! Im Canadian too, I order them online (vitamart.ca) or Popeyes nutrition or Nutrition house.
