  • Did 12 today and those wheel pushups were seriously ridiculous!
  • I'm on tap to do workout 11 on Monday also. I barely survived 9&10. I am seriously afraid to preview tomorrow.
  • It also depends on what you are eating. How are you doing with that? Drinking lots more water? Everyone's body reacts differently to change, and as you said, you were previously a couch potato, so your body has some adjusting to do.

  • I also don't do the cardio video on cardio days, I do the treadmill. It isn't required for you to exercise 2x a day throughout the program, only if you want to do the kickstart for one week. There are days that I do both, but it depends on how sore I am from the workout. Sounds like you'll be fine. enjoy!
  • I struggled through 9 yesterday, off to do 10 today. hopefully I'll be back, lol.
  • I walked around with very very sore traps for 2 days after workout 7. When the soreness was finally gone, it was time to do the workout again!! I'm on the 2nd week of 7&8 and it's actually much easier now.
  • I run faster on the treadmill at the gym when it comes on my playlist, and I have to restrain myself from singing it out loud.
  • Week one of of workouts 7&8. Workout 7 on Monday really tore me up good and I have to do it again today. Waaaaaah! All that being said, I'm loving the program. Almost 12 lbs down and inches.
  • Another vote for Body Revolution! Love how I feel after one of her workouts!
  • I love mine too, and also wish there was a HRM option. It really does keep me going daily to meet my fuel goal.

  • I'm soda free for one month. Like you, coke was my poison. I found that drowning myself in water along with jumping into exercise let me avoid the really bad withdrawals. I do not do the artificial sweeteners, so I essentially quit cold turkey. Best of luck, If I can do it, anyone can.

  • My depression symptoms are fading and I'm not as overwhelmed as I used to be. Things are so much better!

  • I had the exact same problems today with workout 5. I also just picked up some weights for the chest presses. I'm spending most of the workout trying not to fall over, lol.
  • Calcium/magnesium/zinc tablet, glucosamine,b12,chromium picolinate and ginkgo biloba. I notice nothing other than I'm hopefully protecting my fragile joints with the glucosamine. The MCZ was on the advice of my dr. Does anyone take st. John's wort?
  • I love the program, and I'm seeing results. Starting phase 2 today.
  • I worked through it or it would throw off my 90 day schedule. I did better than I thought I would and won't hesitate to do so again.
  • Church by TPain keeps me running on the treadmill when I want to die. Rise by Safri Duo has these amazing tribal drums that make me forget my heart is about to explode, lol. But seriously, I just "love" cardio!

  • My daughter and I also noticed David doing kick outs and not running man, I always yell "cheater" at him, I loathe running man lol. This is my last week of cardio 1, and I've replaced it with 3 miles on the treadmill because I'm so tired of the exercises in it. Not looking forward to cardio 2...

  • A new week and that much closer to finishing our challenge! I am scheduled for JMBR workout 3. I tweaked my knee yesterday, on a rest day, go figure. So I may just go with JM 6 week Abs to avoid all those knee ripping exercises today. Enjoy your day!
  • Today was a rest day on JMBR and luckily so, I had to be at a dance competition all day beginning early. Back to the grind tomorrow!
