It's day 20 already?! Wow. Today I have daughters at dance competition from 12:00:7:00. I guess I better get my butt downstairs and have Jillian kick it for me before we eave today. Today is cardio. Enjoy your Saturday everyone!

Challenge Day 17
I admit that yesterday I hit a wall. I did my workout and was so exhausted, sore and HUNGRY for the rest of the day. I skipped my PM cardio and went to bed early. Today is cardio, which does not thrill me, lol. I am going to do it, and hope the endorphins allow me to get over this speed bump. Enjoy your day!

Planks
