  • I don't know of any blogs, but I got a book from a therapist called eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman He has a website that goes along with the book though which is kinda cool! The book really kicked my butt into why I need and want to get healthy! It's about nutrition not fitness, and health not weight loss.

  • I'm a mayo junkie, and I just tried this yesterday and was extremely happy with the out come. Hummus. There's different flavours, it's healthy. best of both worlds! As well, I am lactose intolerant, so yogourt wouldn't work for me And avocado is not the yummy to me... But I mixed hummus in with my can of tuna. Amazing.
