im still sayin gorilla, just based on the smarts, i live in kodiak AK and see these huge bears all the time, i know bears are smart too, and if a bear had thumbs i would vote for them, also bears know when to stop when theyre losing and back out, gorillas are stubborn stupid that way, they'll fight to the death

i go for the Putt Putt look, no baby skin, or lumber jack status, just enough

eating your protein should be on avg. 1 gram per pound. Example. i weight 185 so i eat 185g per day, thats not going to build muscle, it'll keep your muscle where its at, but also helping burn fat. so eat the protein, theres only good to come from it.
