I have been on what's called a 16/8 fast. On Monday's and Thursday's I do what's called 5/2 where I only eat 600 calories on those days. try putting that on a cup of shredded lettuce and add just a little cheese. remove the corn tortillas. very filling, good fiber, a few carbs and lots of protein. my wife makes the kids tacos all the time and I just forego the tortillas/shells. I am going to start adding the black beans to our recipe

I don't consider MFP a diet plan. it's a lifestyle change. I have been doing this a short time and the cravings go away. if there's something you must have that you shouldn't, take a bite and stop there. it all depends on what you want more. The food or your health? every fork is a choice...
