I drink about 10-12 cups a day! At first, getting more water in my system was DREADFUL. There's no taste, and we need so much of it. So, I advise to just do it, get it over with and start chugging. I guzzle AriZona Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey like I'm an alcoholic. Back in 2010 I used to drink a quart a day. REALLY addicting. I've tried other green teas, but I don't like them quite as much. Never got sick though.

This is why I don't log fruits or veggies. I want all the yummy rabbit food! No calorie amount will stop me! (this pertains to undressed, raw fruits and vegetables straight from the produce isle and into my mouth. Yum!.)

I've been commuting to work since July and I do 10 miles a day, 5 days a week. That means 50 miles a week and for August that would be 210 miles. WOW! I never thought I would be at this place. I've lost some weight too, yay!
