I eat it? Of course, I buy the stuff with fruit mixed in, or Vanilla flavored. But I eat it mostly. I also put it in smoothies and freeze it for a frozen yogurt treat.

Hi there! I'm also a mom, and have a little over 100lbs to lose yet until my "Ideal weight". But shooting for an 80lb loss to start with. I work full time as well, and eat better at work than I do at home! It's crazy. I've been on a work-out break for a while. My thighs were in sooooo much pain for a few days, and since…

I thought grahm crackers were international! Anyhoo...they do make a crust(in the US at least) that's in a tin that you can find in a store. Also, 'Nilla Wafers can be a good substitute. Not sure calorie wise if they're the same or not.
-
I was not a huge fan of the Silk Chocolate...Vanilla is good though!

I used Hydroxycut a few years back, and the only thing it gave me was a rapid heart beat. I know there was a thread on here a while back about diet pills, and one guy had a stroke while using Hydroxycut. IMHO...Not even worth it. Throw them away. In most cases, they cause more harm than good.

I log everything, every day. There has been a day or two where I haven't logged because I knew I went over, or a meal that I didn't log. But those are pretty few and far between.

Well...I have a 1/2 gallon of skim milk that I use for cereal or smoothies, husband drinks 1%(2% if he has it his way) and Rylin drinks Whole. He was on 2%, but the doctor said to switch him to whole because he wasn't gaining weight like he should. Sooo...I'm a terrible example! I do however LOVE vanilla soy milk. Either…

I've logged it under "Circuit Training" because that's what I've seen others do. But the only real way to know is to get an HRM.
-
I just got one from Walmart, haven't used it yet, but heard from another MFP member that it works great. It's the Oregon Scientific Heart Smart...it was under $40.
-
I can't give you an answer....yet. My HRM just came in at Walmart and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. But I swear it's to low, cuz I was working my butt off and built up a great sweat and didn't burn hardly anything.
-
Oregon Scientific from Walmart...it was in my price range, and I've heard it works really well.

We went shopping at Sam's Club...lol. We also paid off our credit card debts, the medical bills, paid car insurance for 6 months, bought propane, bought a few new pairs of jeans, an HRM...there's still some left, not sure what we'll do with that. Thinking about buying a new mattress as ours is soooooooo old! And we're…

The taste hasn't really changed for me(but then again, I still eat junk food once in a while...just pay attention to the serving size). But on Saturday...oh boy, it was bad. We had McDonalds for breakfast, Culver's for lunch, and A&W for dinner...I easily could've done that a few months ago with no problem. This time....my…

Yeah, I've been slowing down, and modifying jumping jacks(is that even legal?!?!) I think I'm going to have to look into this sweat band that everyone is talking about....

You are a hell of a lot better than I am! Of course, as you said, your kids were there. I seriously wouldn't started screaming at him, and then as I was walking out screaming at anyone who would listen, what a POS he is. One meal a day? Are you serious??? No doctor in their right mind would say to only eat one meal a day.…

That's where I got it from. I was crying after that one...I couldn't even breath!

My doctor did absolutely nothing...except suggest I get a knee brace. Totally didn't help at all. My knee has been fine for the last few years(not in dance anymore, haven't roller bladed in God know's how long...) but with becoming more active lately, it's starting to act up. I go see the doc at the end of next month and…

I always get shocked looks when I'm at the doctors office and my blood pressure is amazing. Even when it got high with my pregnancy it was only 140/80. For a lot of people, that's normal!
-
Just like any other day... That being said, I randomly buy things for my husband or my son. The only "out-of-the-ordinary" thing I've done today was bought him a card.
-
I noticed my clothes fitting better right around 20lbs, but couldn't get into a smaller size until 27lbs. Have you done any measurements to see if there's any loss there? Nineteen pounds in 5 weeks is amazing though! Keep at it.
-
Also, I was looking at some earlier on here and they add milk and/or orange juice. Just do a search and you'll find a bunch of different ones.

Mix it all together! This morning I made one with Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Peaches, and Strawberries. You can put whatever you want in a smoothie really. Today I bought a big bag of frozen fruit from Walmart(peaches, strawberries, mango and pineapple I believe), so tomorrow I'm going to do some of that, possibly throw a…

I count it. I don't count quick runs in to buy a gallon of milk, but I will count a big shopping trip. I usually do the 2mph if I have my son or husband, and quicker if I'm by myself. I'm one of those get-in-get-out type of people!
-
It will make a small difference, but when it comes to weight loss...if you lost a pound before you had a BM or lost a pound after you had a BM, that's still a pound lost.
-
I'm bumping this so I can get some ideas too! My biggest ally in the kitchen is the crock pot. Get some stew meat, or a roast, or even chicken...cut up some veggies...there ya go.
-
That same thing happened to me a few years ago. I had to alternate between skim milk for a few weeks, and 2% for a few weeks if I wanted to drink milk, and couldn't eat any other type of dairy. The milk I drank had to be non-homogenized as well. It was weird. I got better for a while, and was starting to go down that road…

Hey there! I missed yesterday!!! OOPS! Well, I'm doing alright today. Although I will admit I'm getting bored...I think it's time I get a new game/workout dvd to spice things up. I haven't given anything up REALLY. I don't drink pop very much but I do every once in a while have one. I had Pizza Hut today at a training, but…

I think it's 12 but I can't be too sure. LOL As for work...I work with developmentally handicapped adults. In my house are three older gentlemen, all with varying degrees of Mental Retardation, and for the kick one has psychosis. I've been in the field for just over 5 years, but had a job interview last week and hoping to…
