Ugh...well, I somehow gained 2lbs despite the working out every day, staying low on sodium, and drinking plenty of water. Grrrr...oh well I guess. It'll happen. Other than that...there's some personal BS going on with the MIL, but it gives me the extra boost I need when I'm boxing/kickboxing to push harder :happy:

At 238 I'm still in a size 22! I haven't tried a size 20, so I guess take it with a grain of salt. But yeah...still wearing my 22's and they aren't falling off me.

I really couldn't tell you what my favorite lo-cal snack or meal is. I usually just end up making MY portions lo-cal or something. I have an interview today, so I'm super excited. Haven't worked out yet, as I've been getting pumped for that...

I actually have an interview for a new job tomorrow! LOL I didn't even know it was GHD until you said it. I'm superstitious about some things, but this isn't one of them. If the weather is really bad I'd just stay home.

I miss Yoga soooooo much! I'm hoping I can get back into it. I do some on the Wii, but it's just hard for me without an instructor.

Not a good day(as far as my outlook and mood goes). My calories are looking good, and won't be able to work out until later tonight. My favorite workout...although I don't do it all the time, Kickboxing.

I can't say if it will effect your weight loss...BUT if you do drink too much water it can create an imbalance in your elektrolytes, thus, causing harm.

Hahaha...Yeah, I feel if I take EVERYTHING out of my diet, I'm setting myself up to fail. It's a treat, so it's not like I eat pizza all the time, but I work the rest of my calories around it.

I don't really stay away from bad things (as I'm about to order Pizza Hut at work). I just try to input everything in the morning, that way I know how much I can eat. The worst thing for me on my off weekends are drinking water. I just don't ever seem to get thirsty.

I did my cardio! I walked for an hour, and cleaned for an hour! LOL not what I usually do, but since it was a busy day today I figured that was good enough! Burned somehwere around 500-600 calories! I'm under my calories for the day as well...so that's good. Oh...and I lost the 2lbs that I had put back on last weekend!!!!…

I actually just quit counting my sugars. It made me sad to see how I routinely went over. The biggest thing you need to think about is...Where are most of your sugars coming from? If it's fruits/veggies/whole grains...IMO that's not a big deal. If they're coming from processed items, cut those out.

Mines about a 60lb difference. It was an 80+lb difference when I did it less than a year ago! I used to ALWAYS say 140. But each time I had to renew it, or when I lost it...I would add a bit onto it.

It is completely normal to lose quite a bit at first. Most likely, it's water weight that you've lost.
