You could try juicing... basically getting more veggies and fruits in your diet by just drinking them down...

Thanks yes I figured patience would be a virtue in this situation :) I've been doing JM 6W6P practically daily at this point .. One more week to go till done... I'll have to look into more home lifting right now as a gym is not in the budget as of yet... Thanks so much for all your help :)

Up till yesterday I was set up at 1200 calorie setting averaging just over that to around 1400 a day... I raised it to 1540 yesterday but yes I've basically been maintaining at that ..

Quorn is bomb, and I've been making my own homemade Black Bean Burgers... they're super yum! I'm not a vegetarian but there are some things I will use.... I try to have at least 1 or 2 meatless nights a week... but I've also tried to have a seafood night or 2 because it's so good for you....

I'd like to hear more on this also... I all of a sudden have been having them too... I used to never do sweets... now I'm craving them all the time.... Edit: BTW try eating fruits lower in calories but somewhat fill in that sweet tooth :)

I totally try and make my meals an adventure... I try to try new things.... I've been trying to work in a seafood meal each week and a vegetarian meal each week... but other than that... I look into new recipes... Sometimes I feel like I should have an international week so I try to pick a meal each night from a different…

I've definitely checked out Play it Again Sports... which is how I got the weights I have now at $0.60 a lb not a bad price... It could be worth looking into... they however don't carry used benches I'll definitely check out Craigslist... hadn't thought of that.

You're going to 2 dinners? And your asking what you should make for dinner? Let them cook... take an easy day...make sure your portions are small.

Hammer and flatten out your chosen meat, mix it with spinach, roasted peppers, Italian seasonings, onions, garlic, throw in center of meat, roll it up and bake it in your toaster oven, yum!

5'6" 140 lbs I thought I had newer pictures but I guess not... I've pretty much been stuck around 140 for the winter time... haven't really done much dropping/working on it as much, mostly maintaining ... I guess I need to find someone to take some pictures or buy a full length mirror lol
