Sometimes I'm WFPB Sometimes I'm comfort foods! I started out trying to go full No oil but had to scale it back to just getting vegan. Going strong for 5 years now.

I actually am currently "leaning into" a Vegan Plant based lifestyle (about 2.5 weeks) and have gained weight. I am hoping that turns around soon but also have not committed to a exercise regime yet. I feel healthier, but have not lost weight.

I know some of them are able to work around dietary restrictions. I found a local that was AIP friendly as well as Vegan and Gluten Free.

Hahahaha, sometimes my taste buds get bored. I do reuse a lot of recipes but I'm always looking for something new. Sometimes I need some new flavor. I've tried all kinds of tricks to try to curb it. Occasionally I will do international weeks where I just try to hop around the globe on my meals. It's a problem.

You're the second to say the quality wasn't great, that's definitely something to take into consideration. I understand the packaging thing too. I love Trader Joe's but their packaging is almost all plastics which is frustrating.

Not a prepared meal just one thought out already by a chef team. You still cook it and prepare it. You just receive the ingredients and recipe.

I typically spend around $100-$125 a week for groceries for a 2 person household so $60-70 sounded about right. However if those meals won't extend a bit it would definitely increase my costs.

Yes, sorry I was speaking of a meal kit like Blue Apron, HelloFresh or Plated etc. I don't mind cooking but after putting together a meal plan for over a year my mind gets a little bored.
