Hi :) I exercise every day - usually 50 minutes of walking on the treadmill (varying the speed and incline) and a 7.5 minute ab exercise workout. Oh yeah, my WORST excuse when it comes to chocolate: *wanting to eat a large freddo frog* "I know I'm going to eat it anyway, because I always cave, and I won't be able to stop thinking about it until I eat it. Might as well eat it now". How the heck can I change this?! D:
