Day 5 for me :) I def feel stronger, my push ups are getting better for sure.

Day 4 done for me and I gotta say my legs are sore so are are my arms/shoulders, but hope to continue. What else are people doing with 30DS or just this? Would love to get some ideas, as I am not sure if 25mins is enough for a day.

I started on 1st May and completed day 3. I really hope to see some results after the 30 days, hopefully I will see it through. Would be great to have some support :)
