Tiffany Rothe does 10 minute videos on Youtube that you can mix and match to cater your needs/time constrains. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2c8xSyaLpk&feature=g-user-c Exercise TV has several exercise videos on youtube as well, like this 30 minute one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zWLrQcnOEM The advantage of these is…

also, make sure to take your measurements every now and again. What we don't lose in pounds sometimes shows up in inches instead ;)

I've sent you a request, I'm trying to lose 35 kg in total as well. I log in every day, have an open diary and I always try to be supportive.

At the moment I'm mainly playing Guild Wars 2 and loving it. I mostly play RPGs on the PC or xbox 360, and I like the occasional horror game and adventure game as well. Games that I've played this year and loved are Skyrim, Kingdom of Amalur and Alan Wake.

Look for Tiffany Rothe. She does 10 minutes videos that you can pick and mix to tailor exercise to your taste.

Feel free to add me, anyone! I've been here since April, but as time goes on my news feed is getting quieter and quieter. I'm on every day and always try to comment and be supportive :flowerforyou:

People have asked me if I was getting taller recently, I thought they were nuts at the time, hehe. Perhaps they were right though, must be better posture!

Sometimes our bodies get used to our routine and then shaking things up gets the weight loss going again. Do some different exercises, have different foods or have a cheat meal. I hope you'll break through this soon!

Feel free to check my diary ;) I tend to bulk stuff like pasta and rice up with plenty of veggies, that way I still have a nice plate full of food. I also try to go for brown/wholegrain varieties of pasta, rice and cereal since they seem to keep me feeling full for longer.

I don't do low carb either. I like my carby foods too much! So far it hasn't held me back. My main goal is to eat in a way I can stick with for a long, long time, and low carb doesn't fit into that :)

I don't think you can :(

Nice work, looking good!

Drink plenty of water to get rid of the water weight you've possibly gained, go for a nice long walk, and start logging again. A few days won't set you back that far, you can do it!
-
Either eat them back, or calculate them in by raising your activity level to "lightly active". Either way, make sure you fuel your body, you'll feel much better!
-
Love it! Great article, I've bookmarked it :)

drink plenty of water. Eat in moderation if you're hungry later on in the day, but make healthy choices, like a chicken salad or something. Exercise a bit more if you can. Don't worry, tomorrow is a new day, one day of eating over won't set you back ;)

No it isn't. It's tasty and natural, and nothing goes to waste! Three good reasons not to go vegetarian!

Wait until the OP finds out where silk really comes from!

I had some less then an hour ago. Just fit it into your allowance ;) I don't like dark chocolate at all, so I get the kiddie sized chocolate instead because that's enough to give me a taste and still low in calories.Once a week I allow myself a larger bar. I don't see any need to cut out treats, I'll be doing this for a…

Was it this article? https://www.turbokick.com/wblog/?p=709 "If you experience a significant weight gain (exceeding 5 pounds) which does not begin to decrease rapidly after the second week, guess what it is??? I’ll give you one hint… you put it in your mouth and chew it. You know it! You’re food (or calorie laden…

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that Lee. I hope those involved show some sportsmanship and clean up their act, because what they are doing isn't fair on those of us who are working hard on getting a lot of exercise in every day.
-
I started with walking and Leslie Sansone videos, both are gentle exercises and don't require going to a gym so don't take too much time. I'll also second the Wii Fit, very good for small blocks of time as long as you leave it set up in front of the TV.

I used to think that I was too big and it would take too long, I had failed before and that I couldn't do it, and I gave up before I even started. Looking back, if I would have started 2 years ago, I would have been done by now! So even if you feel like it's such a long hard road ahead, just remind yourself that you'll…

Glad to have been of help :)

Are you tracking your sodium? If you've been eating lots of salty/processed foods you might be retaining water. you also said you just started exercising a lot more. Read this: https://www.turbokick.com/wblog/?p=709 Have you been taking your measurements? Sometimes no loss shows on the scale but you have lost inches…

Put part of the loaf/ a few of the bagels in the freezer. Then you can eat the rest at a later date, and they won't go off ;)

Of course it wasn't a rational thing to do, it was an emotional reaction to a stressful situation. But don't beat yourself up over it, we all mess up sometimes. Log it, drink extra water and perhaps exercise a bit extra today if you can, tomorrow is a new day.

Whitney Houston's "Saving all my love for you" is another one. Once you start paying attention to the lyrics, it's about a mistress waiting for her married lover. Not exactly wedding song material ;)
