-
I grew up using cottage cheese a dip for Ruffles bbq potato chips...it's had to be Ruffles brand cause the other just didn't take the same and the cottage cheese had to be bordan's

first off go a little past your goal weight, and i find if I do 200 crunches everyday for a few weeks that really helps - any type or even 100 sit ups if you perfer
-
should vary... on cardio days I burn close to 500 but on regular days you would not burn near as much
-
just go extreme do something you don't think you can.... like cut out sugar, or switch to only complex carbs I find that I finally reached my goal only when I went extreme and just overcame some of those cravings that had me stuck
-
I eat only complex carbs and try to eat them early in the day and fill up on rice cakes when I'm hungry...i've had great sucess, and been eating this way for 8 months and plan on keeping it up for good... I was warned by my doc to not go too low on my carbs because i have kidney stones so that is why i don't do something…

well this is the exact subject we discussed when we became friends on MFP I did drop extra pounds just to see and then I also did some intense ab work just to see i did notice that when I dropped down real low my skin did tighten up more and then if I kept up an ab routine everyday it really made a difference so I do think…

I only eat complex carbs and I try to eat them before 2 o'clock... brown rice, sweet potatos, rice cakes, oatmeal these are stables in my diet everyday cause they really fill me up - I lost all my weight plus some eating this way so much so that I had to add regular carbs in every once in a while to stop my weight loss…
-
I eat real light before my workout...just fruit but after my workout that's where my complex carbs come in. Oatmeal, rice cakes, and then usually a protein like eggs or tuna. I am never hungry. As a matter of fact it's almost 2 right now and I have not even finished all my lunch cause I'm full.

I have alwas had a pretty good diet too, much more nutrition than most people I know and my hair doesn't grow either and it's very brittle... it's genetics, hair growth has nothing to do with your diet. Now on the other hand hair loss does. Bad nutrition can make you lose your hair. But I'm also a cosmetologist so there…

if you are trying the same process as last time that might be part of the problem, once I do something one time and stop I find it near impossible to restart with success. Try something totally different and really hard and consider it a challenge....this works best for me...and remember when looking for something to do…

that is the whole reason I started dieting...the double chin scared me...when I got down to my goal weight it did go away but I felt like it was coming back with time anyway i started massaging my neck with moisturizer every night and that seems to really help... not sure why but I'm glad
-
the way I stay motivated is to make my goals hard so I feel like I am running a race and no one can beat me...I've always been a little competitive and so challenging myself makes it feel more like a game and makes it fun...but I know that's not how everyone works... -but people keep telling me "don't be so hard on…
-
I won't slack so if you need a friend that logs in everyday you can add me

Turn that frown upside down... you are beautifully and wonderfully made. Choices are part of life and this is just a weak area for you. Not any different than a girl who runs up a credit card with no money to pay for it. Don't feel defeated, it's just a choice and you will have a make another 2000 choices today. I'm sure…

my neice went from a GG to a DD by doing crossfit and paleo diet... didn't thnk that was possible

I eat the same food everyday and it has said I am supppose to weight 104 pounds for the last few months ...and I don't and I won't ever...lol
-
i've had 2 c-section... very large boys. and I have been on this journey for a few years...working hard then getting discouraged. Telling myself it will get better but I will probably never be smaller than a size 5. From my experience i have found that I can be smaller than I had imagined.... I''m down to a size 1, and I…

yoga paints have that extra layer of material at the top and give a lot more support around the belly you might can find a well made pair and that should help a bit
-
I have been doing MFP since August and I no longer "think about it" that much...lol you want to try and keep the excitement and make sure you turn that into a great commitment. enjoy your journey
-
that's just this week, I'm sure it will go back the way it was...bloating is evil...lol just be encouraged if you are working hard it is working FYI - you will need to change your diet if you want really BIG results exercise is only 20 percent of it diet is 80 percent...that's a huge part of it
-
atleast you can admit it to everyone on here

Weight watchers is a great start to get off a lot of initial weight. However if you eat fairly healthy foods already i would not recommend it cause it will teach you to make bad choices. If you don't eat healthy and have a hard time resisting a lot of fried foods, candy, chips..stuff like that - it perfect cause it will…

ok this is what we do in tone class, lay flat onyour back on the floor then bend your knees to where you feet come towards your booty. Then lift the booty up and squeeze - you can also do this having your feet up on a ball, a little harder to do. try sqeezing and releasing for a whole song...it is painful and effective
-
welcome... and my story is much the same... I only wanted to lose about 10 to 15 pounds and I knew it was my diet cause I work out a lot...so I changed my diet and then it happened. i went past my goal...hope your journey is a great experience
-
well I wil say that I have tried a few times to lose those last 5 pounds... the first time I did power 90 coming within 7 pounds of my goal then I tried my hand at weightwatcher coming within 5 pounds of my goal and this past year I worked out for six month did not come close so I decided to reach out to a friend who knows…

sadly chicken fries...not what I normally eat. but atleast it is low in calories and kinda a protein..lol
-
so your doc told you that you need to weigh right around 100 pounds, wow that is a bit extreme. but from what I know diet is 80 percent of weight loss so if you can get that into a good routine you really don't have to worry that much about working out.

I don't do hot yoga but it's the same as powerflow, from what i understand, except they keep the heat up in powerflow, i would say it's def both cause all the sun salutations are cardio...and you sweat up a storm but moving you body weight in all those postions is defenitely strength training cause my body weight is more…
